• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send account-related emails including receipts and service updates
• Send SMS alerts if you have opted in to our alert service

Your data is stored on servers hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Stripe for payment processing
• As required by law or legal process

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to Broadcast Control. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.

Broadcast Control is designed for production teams including schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Our service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@loadedtv.com and we will promptly remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Broadcast Control after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
