These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Broadcast Control, operated by LoadedTV ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Broadcast Control, you agree to these Terms.
Broadcast Control is a cloud-based live production management platform available at broadcastcontrol.io. It includes rundown management, teleprompter, voice communications, crew scheduling, live audience analytics, and related features depending on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@loadedtv.com.
Broadcast Control is offered on three subscription tiers:
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Free trials are available to new subscribers only. One free trial per person. We reserve the right to decline free trials to accounts we determine to be fraudulent or to users who have previously held a Broadcast Control subscription under a different email address using the same payment method.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with failed payments may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused annual periods, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the service, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Subscribers who pay annually receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.
A 15% discount is available for verified schools, colleges, universities, and registered churches or non-profit organizations. To apply, email info@loadedtv.com with proof of eligibility. Discounts are applied manually via Stripe coupon after verification.
Broadcast Control, including all software, source code, object code, algorithms, architecture, system design, user interface design, visual elements, documentation, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of LoadedTV. "Broadcast Control" is a trademark of LoadedTV.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Broadcast Control platform for your internal production operations during the term of your active subscription. This license does not convey ownership of any part of the platform, its code, its design, or its underlying technology.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by LoadedTV.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
You acknowledge that through your use of Broadcast Control, you may be exposed to proprietary information including but not limited to the platform's features, functionality, user interface design, system behavior, workflows, and technical capabilities ("Confidential Information").
You agree to treat all Confidential Information as proprietary to LoadedTV and to not disclose, publish, or disseminate such information to any third party for the purpose of replicating, competing with, or undermining Broadcast Control. This obligation survives the termination of your subscription.
You agree not to use Broadcast Control to:
Each plan has defined limits on team members, simultaneous shows, and feature access. These limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding plan limits requires upgrading to a higher tier. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent plan restrictions.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Broadcast Control including shows, rundowns, and scripts. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Upon termination of your subscription, you may request an export of your data by contacting info@loadedtv.com. Data will be retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoadedTV, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of Broadcast Control; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadedTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Broadcast Control, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or production failures. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to LoadedTV in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
All content and materials available on Broadcast Control, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the property of LoadedTV and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
If you believe that content available on or through Broadcast Control infringes your copyright, please notify us at info@loadedtv.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the free trial system, or attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use Broadcast Control ceases immediately. Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Reverse Engineering), 11 (Confidentiality), 16 (Indemnification), 17 (Limitation of Liability), and 18 (Copyright) shall survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Broadcast Control after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
For users located outside the United States: by using Broadcast Control, you agree that the laws of the State of Nevada govern these Terms regardless of your location. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, with proceedings held in Reno, Nevada or remotely at the discretion of the arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide.
Broadcast Control is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. By using Broadcast Control, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing and storage.
European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom users: We process personal data on the legal basis of contract performance (providing the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data by contacting info@loadedtv.com. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our Privacy Policy contains further details on data handling.
All international users: These Terms, including the intellectual property protections, reverse engineering prohibitions, and confidentiality obligations in Sections 9, 10, and 11, are intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable local law. Where any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LoadedTV regarding your use of Broadcast Control, superseding any prior agreements.
